Update: Advanced Theatre Shows

(Times have changed based on run time of the shows. All shows should be complete by 7:00)

 

Show Date: February 6

 

Admission: Free

 

Times:

Period 2: 5:30- 

Period 7: 6:15- 

 

 

Call Time: Directly after school.

All students are required to stay after-school and cannot leave until the last show is complete.

Students should bring a snack or some type of dinner with them.

 

 This is a major grade and major project. The students have worked so hard to produce their amazing shows. 

 

During each student’s journey they have:

 

• Read, reviewed and decided on a play.

• Discussed and chose a director.

• Cast their show

• Created a set design and character concepts

• Designed costumes and props

• Worked with the directors to finalize blocking (where the actors move on stage).

• Memorized lines. 

 

Finally…

 

• Produced one AMAZING final project!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

The advanced theatre students have worked so hard and I couldn’t be more proud if I tried. This performance is entirely student based. We would love for the parents to come out and support their child.
